Poland does not require a visa for stays of fewer than 90 days. Make sure your passport is valid for at least 90 days beyond your date of departure from the Schengen area. Poland is a party to The Hague Evidence Convention, but does not impose any special requirements nor restrictions when it comes to taking depositions. Depositions by videoconference are possible, so you could cut costs by having the reporter in the U.S. with the attorneys. However, if an interpreter is needed, it is recommended that the reporter be with the witness. Realtime can be streamed to remote participants.
